Avita Residences

Avita Residences

At Quantzi Infotech, we engineered and launched the comprehensive web portal and mobile app ecosystem for Avita Residences, a premium, high-quality gents PG (Paying Guest) accommodation network based in Chennai. The core objective of the project was to completely digitize the daily management of student and working professional accommodations, replacing traditional paperwork with an automated digital system for both residents and management.

Our engineering team developed a high-performance web dashboard paired with a dedicated mobile application built using React Native, available on the Google Play Store. On the resident-facing front, we engineered a secure digital onboarding pipeline that manages background room allotments and check-in documentation seamlessly. The mobile app features a unified, real-time resident dashboard that integrates automated monthly rent billing via secure payment channels, instant digital rent receipts, and a structured maintenance ticket registration system. On the backend, we architected a robust Node.js and MongoDB framework deployed on AWS clusters to handle concurrent data syncing, ensuring that bed availability, payment logs, and maintenance requests update instantly in real time.

By focusing on a seamless user journey, offline data caching for mobile screens, and strict cloud data encryption protocols, we delivered an enterprise-grade PG management ecosystem. The Avita Residences deployment highlights Quantzi's deep expertise in engineering synchronized cross-platform solutions that automate complex hostel and PG operations while delivering a friction-free experience for young professionals.
