Avita Residences runs gents PG accommodation in Chennai for students and working professionals.
Problem
They wanted to replace paperwork in daily PG management with a digital system for residents and staff.
What we built
- Web dashboard for management
- React Native mobile app on Google Play and the App Store
- Digital resident onboarding with room allotment and check-in documents
- Monthly rent billing, digital receipts and maintenance tickets in the app
- Node.js and MongoDB backend on AWS with real-time sync of beds, payments and requests
