At Quantzi Infotech, we engineered and deployed the complete web and mobile app ecosystem for BuyMyPlot, a premium, high-scale real estate discovery marketplace built to simplify land transactions across Tamil Nadu. The project's primary objective was to replace traditional, fragmented brokerage patterns with an authenticated, zero-brokerage digital bridge connecting land owners directly with retail and institutional investors.

Our engineering team developed a robust property listing engine configured around localized zoning taxonomies, specifically optimizing search tracks for DTCP and CMDA approved layouts across residential, agricultural, commercial, and industrial land sectors. We built interactive property filtering layouts paired with an optimized backend capable of cataloging thousands of listings seamlessly. Alongside the web platform, we engineered a dedicated native mobile application featuring real-time push notifications for price drops, geo-location mapping for plot navigation, and an in-app messaging interface. To enhance trust, we engineered custom data workflows that restrict listing access exclusively to properties with verified ownership documentation. We also designed a virtual meeting coordination system along with a competitive bidding framework that allows land sellers to easily evaluate, compare, and select from the top three real-time buyer quotes directly from their mobile devices.

By enforcing high-speed page performance, strict cross-device layouts, and flexible framework structures, we delivered a secure, end-to-end investment marketplace.
