Problem
They wanted to connect land owners directly with buyers and investors, without brokers.
What we built
- Web platform and native mobile app
- Property search filters for DTCP and CMDA approved layouts across land types
- Listings limited to properties with verified ownership documents
- App push alerts for price drops, map-based plot navigation and in-app messaging
- Virtual meeting coordination and a bidding flow where sellers compare the top three buyer quotes
